Bio: Carolyn James - I'm an artist, teacher and proprietor of Green Dog Workshop in Los Angeles, California. My work can be found at Aarnun Gallery in Pasadena and I also teach weekly printmaking workshops for adults at the Armory Center for the Arts. Non-toxic and hand-pressure printmaking practices have been an important focus of my teaching method for over the past 20 years. Green Dog Workshop is my home studio where I also provide occasional technical printmaking support to fellow working artists. I have also been working with the Akua Demo Artist Program through Speedball Art Products Company and am available to demonstrate the use of Akua inks to printmakers in the Los Angeles area.
